- Sabra Roasted Pine Nut Hummus
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- red grapes
- fresh rosemary
- pine nuts
*All ingredients/quantities are 'to taste'.
- Grill or pan fry flatbread with some olive oil.
- On a baking sheet, add red grapes and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Garnish with fresh rosemary. Bake in a preheated oven at 425F for approximately 20 minutes.
- Once flatbread is warm and grapes are roasted, spread Sabra Roasted Pine Nut Hummus over the flatbread. Apply roasted grapes. Add olives of your choice, pine nuts, sprinkle with feta and enjoy!
